The Terms of Use for SuperpowerWithin.com are intended to protect both the site owner, Mark Horner, and all users of the superpowerwithin.com website. These terms (which include everything below down to “--- End of Terms ---”) refer to the superpowerwithin.com website, its sister sites (e.g. superpowerwithin.co.uk), and all related content and products, hereafter collectively referred to as “SuperpowerWithin.com”).

“Users” referred to in these terms are defined as anyone using SuperpowerWithin.com (including viewing content, and purchasing and utilising products).

By accessing SuperpowerWithin.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use. Any lack of enforcement by the site owner of any of the terms in this agreement does not constitute a waiver of those terms.

SuperpowerWithin.com is produced with the wholehearted intention of being highly beneficial to users. All content is carefully researched and prepared using the skill of the site owner and is based, as far as possible, on good practice in the relevant fields. However, these terms of use would like to stress the following points.

·          SuperpowerWithin.com has not been evaluated or audited by any regulatory body. At the time of writing, there is no regulatory body recognised by government in the United Kingdom (or worldwide) for this purpose in the fields of Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

·          The site owner, Mark Horner, is a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, with a multitude of related qualifications. He is a member of various applicable professional associations in the UK and worldwide, including the American Board of Hypnotherapy and the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. These two professional associations are considered to form the likely basis for future regulation of hypnotherapy and NLP. It should be noted that Mark Horner holds a Doctorate of Science (PhD) certificate, and is not a doctor of medicine.

·          Any guidance given with SuperpowerWithin.com products should be adhered to. This is particularly the case with any hypnosis recordings, which should not be listened to whilst driving, operating machinery, or anytime when conscious concentration is required.

·          Use of SuperpowerWithin.com is restricted to people aged 18 years or over unless under supervision or with consent of a responsible adult.

·          The site owner reserves the right to refuse access to SuperpowerWithin.com without notice.

·          The site owner reserves the right to alter, add to or delete any aspect of SuperpowerWithin.com without notice.

·          These terms of use do not over-ride the user’s statutory consumer protection rights, under current United Kingdom regulation.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within seven days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any outward or return postage and packaging costs), so long as the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent. Any returns must be sent by recorded delivery, include details of the sender (name and address) and the reason for return (to facilitate our quality control procedures).

It should be noted that all money-back guarantees are offered on a strictly goodwill basis and we do it because we are confident in the quality of our products. However, perceived abuse by users of this goodwill policy will result in a withdrawal without notice of the money-back guarantee for those specific users. The site owner will be the sole judge of any perceived abuse.

SuperpowerWithin.com collects key customer information relating to users as part of its normal commercial activity. All such information is stored and used in compliance with current United Kingdom data protection regulations.

All financially sensitive data is normally dealt with via a secure third party, such as PayPal, who are responsible for strict data security. SuperpowerWithin.com does not hold financially sensitive data (unless there are exceptional circumstances regarding a transaction, which the relevant user will be aware of if this ever happened).

From time to time, we utilise customer information in the promotion of products and services we feel are beneficial to users. Any such communications will contain the facility for users to opt-out of future promotions. We will not sell or rent email addresses to third parties without specific authorisation to do so from users.
